Brisket 48-hour marinated Alberta beef brisket, slow-smoked in-house for 12 hours, to create a melt-in-your-mouth softness
Pulled Pork Succulent Alberta pork shoulder, slow-cooked to fall-apart tenderness, before shredded and smothered in PYRO Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauce
Pork Ribs Slowly smoked to perfection, these tender and juicy Alberta pork ribs boast a smoky flavour and effortlessly fall off the bone
Cornbread Best enjoyed warm, L'OCA's golden-brown cornbread is baked to a delightful crisp on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside
Slow Cooked Beans These beans are the cornerstone of any Southern BBQ. Simmered low and slow, they're loaded with chunks of smoked sausage, brisket burnt ends, and pulled chicken, creating a hearty and comforting side with down-home goodness
