Made in-house by L’OCA’s butchers, our Porchetta is generously seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, stuffed with boneless pork loin, and expertly rolled and tied by hand.

When slow roasted, it’s exterior turns irresistibly crispy, while it’s mouthwatering interior remains succulent and flavourful.

Good enough to be served just with bread in a sandwich, Porchetta pairs well with roasted or mashed potatoes, with a side of zesty chimichurri sauce.
