Butcher's Brine Kit

Our Butcher's Brine Kit is the easiest way to give your turkey chicken, or any poultry the maximum amount of flavor with the minimum amount of effort. Simply mix the whole kit with 4 liters of warm water, and allow to cool. Submerge your poultry and allow to brine for 24 - 48 hours, depending on the size. Remove and pat dry an hour before cooking, and you're good to go! 

Made in house by our butchers using a mixture of salt, brown sugar, garlic, bay leaves, and other aromatics.
